Ive been using Penzu Pro for a couple of years, on a yearly subscription. The firm sends out very many reminders that the subscription is due for a renewal. When I tried to renew, neither my credit card or PayPal account were recognised, despite both being in regular use as a method of payment. So I sent an email to the Penzu "support".
I did not receive an acknowledgment till way past the renewal date. There was no advice, and the email was terse. I persevered - sending more emails to "support" since I could not open my Journals any more.
Eventually, the Penzu owner did something which enabled me to pay - though Ive forgotten what. I could open my Journals but not on every device as before, and all my formatting was gone.
One year has passed ... and again my credit card and PayPal accounts are again not recognised ... Ive sent 30 emails to the "support" without even ONE acknowledgment. No idea how this saga will continue.
